Free Microsoft Office Apps for Phones and Tablets

Microsoft Office is free for iPad, iPhone, Android
Microsoft has released  free versions of its popular Office software (Word for Word Processing, Excel for Spreadsheets, PowerPoint for Presentations) for phones and tablets.
You can get these free apps from Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store.  If you use any of the Office programs on your computer, or you receive Office documents via email that you want to open or edit on your smartphone or tablet, check out these free apps.
To get Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, go to your device App Store and search for “Microsoft Office”. Choose one or more of the apps and install them on your device. You’ll need to create or sign in to a free Microsoft account to edit documents.
I tried out Word on my iPhone. The Word document looked exactly like the document on my computer screen, and I was able to make simple edits easily. Good job Microsoft!
