Our hourly billing rate is $188.00 per hour, and 15-minute increments are $47.00.

**Please note that as of June 15th, 2024, Remote/Phone Support will have a minimum fee of $94.00.**

Please note that due to traffic and differing appointment length requirements, for On-Site appointments, we will ARRIVE within 2 HOURS AFTER the Appointment start time shown.

For Remote/Phone appointments, we will CALL within 1 HOUR AFTER the Appointment start time shown.


Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel this appointment, or there will be a cancellation charge of the minimum service fee.

Data Loss Waiver
We are not responsible for data loss. Please ensure you have verified copies of your data available, should a restore be required. We are happy to help create backups prior to performing our services. Please let your technician know if you want to back up your data. Normal rates apply for this service.

Service Fee
Our service fee is $188.00 per hour.
On-Site appointments have a 1-hour ($188.00), minimum. After the first hour, billing is in 15-minute increments at $47.00 per 15-minute increment.

Phone/Remote appointments As of June 15, 2024, Remote/Phone appointments have a 30-minute minimum at $94.00. After the first 15 minutes, billing is in 15-minute increments at $47.00 per 15-minute increment

Limitation of Liability/Venue
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Lamorinda Technology, Inc., its employees, vendors, or contractors, be held liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of services provided hereunder, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of equipment, lost data, costs of substitute equipment, legal fees, and/or any other costs or damages.

Venue for any legal action shall be Contra Costa County, California.
Liability from any cause, shall be limited to the amount paid for the invoice in which the service or product was provided. Each party agrees to pay their own legal fees and costs.

Consumer Notice From the State of California
Section 9844 of the Business and Professions Code: An initial written estimate for the cost of repair shall be given to the customer before performing any repairs.
The written estimate shall include all costs for parts and labor, and the service dealer may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without the previous consent of the customer.

The service dealer may charge a reasonable fee for services provided in determining the nature of the malfunction in preparation of a written estimate for repair.
The service dealer shall advise the customer in writing of the amount of the fee prior to a repair made in the residence, before removal of the consumer goods from the customer’s residence, or upon acceptance of the goods at the repair facility or registered location.
