Billing Rate as of April 1
Due to the high inflation we’ve experienced over the past couple of years, virtually all of our costs have risen significantly. As a result, our billing rate will be $188.00 per hour effective April 1st. The quarter-hour rate will be $47.00. Our service plan pricing is not changing at this time. We appreciate your understanding and patronage.

Chat GPT is a very popular subject lately. Why? because it is one of the first artificial Intelligence applications that has the potential to change our lives. You can be certain that there will be many more Artificial Intelligence applications coming in the near future.

So what is artificial Intelligence?
Artificial Intelligence (AI), is  “a set of technologies that enable computers to perform a variety of advanced functions, including the ability to see, understand and translate spoken and written language, analyze data, make recommendations, and more”. Source: Google.

What Is Chat GPT AI?
Chat GPT is like a personal assistant. You interact with Chat GPT by asking questions, such as “write a short article on the history of housing prices in the United States since 1900”. To see the results of this and other example questions, click here.

How Is Chat GPT Different from a Google Search?
Google search gives you links to websites, articles, and pictures that have something to do with your search request. It is then up to you to read through the results and compile the information as you see fit.
Chat GPT uses AI to be like a personal assistant, that creates the finished or mostly finished product for you.

Create an account, and type in a question or command.

Other Considerations Around AI
There are numerous considerations that society will have to resolve as AI becomes more prevalent. We don’t have the space to discuss the issues here, but I thought it important to highlight a few. Plagiarism. Deep Fakes, Copyright, Ownership, and many more.
